Hotel Reservations Feature: The reservation feature on this website is intended to assist customers in determining the availability of hotel rooms at Khaama Kethna Sustainable Eco Village and to facilitate bookings.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified. We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfer or UPI.    

Price and Availability: All rates quoted on the website are subject to availability and may change without notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing and availability information, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation or correct the price.

Hotel Responsibilities and Limitations: While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific room types or amenities. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in pricing or availability information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa, India for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of this website.  

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation, please notify us  by phone or email, at least 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellations made 21 or more days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made between 21 days and 15 days before check-in: 25% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made before 15 days of check-in or no-shows: No refund.

Refund Policy Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancellation notification. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
